Circa 1994

I was digging through some old photos, and came upon these. Even sixteen years ago I was taking pictures of painters! These guys were painting the house in Cebu.

Circa 1994.

Circa 2010

Circa 1994.

Circa 2010.

Only difference is the scaffolding in 2010 is metal, as opposed to the wooden structure in 1994.

What peaks my curiosity is this fellow.

Circa 1994.

Circa 2010.

Could they be the same person?

This guy was the foreman in 1994. Whether it was 1994 or 2010,  Bisdak working men still

take siestas at lunch. That's the secret to longevity. Maybe.

Now what on God's green earth was his name? Caliope?

Didn't he and the groundskeeper have the same name?
